THURSDAY NIGHT CURFEW REPORTS
As stated in the IC rulebook, murders will IC-ly happen on Thursday nights! We are operating on a variable curfew on Thursdays, where depending on the cases that are happening for the week, curfew will happen at different times for each week (e.g. midnight for one week, 8pm for another week). We will announce in the relevant top-level headers for each week and on Discord what time curfew will be weekly.
IC-ly, characters will find themselves trapped inside whatever room they happen to be in when curfew hits - doors and windows will lock by themselves, and if they happen to be in an open area, they will suddenly find that invisible walls have sprung up to prevent them from crossing into another area. Characters will then fall asleep within half an hour of curfew start against their own volition. They will not awaken until the next morning.
However, character actions prior to curfew may impact the development of the case! To help your mods keep track of where everyone is and what is happening on murder night, please comment to this post with your character's location at curfew each week. If multiple characters are planning to spend Thursday curfew together, you may have one player submit for the entire group. For example, player A may submit a curfew comment stating "X & Y will be staying in location Z!" This will also allow us to know if anyone's paths will cross while a murder is taking place.
All comments to this post are screened and needs to be turned in by 6PM EST/3PM PST on Thursday (12AM CEST/7AM JST on Friday) so that we can get all our ducks in a row! Commenting to this curfew post is optional, but if you don't submit your curfew location by then, that means your character is staying in their assigned room, so please do not handwave them being elsewhere on Thursday night.
Depending on where characters end up and how cases pan out, we will let you know whether your character is affected by the case with the relevant information by responding to your comment. We will also let you know if there is some need to coordinate character actions (e.g. 3 characters end up in the same location).
Please be as specific as you can when filling out the below form. Take note that any details omitted from your response to this check-in will not be accounted for in case planning.
